KnoWEwell News and Our Response to the War in Ukraine

Greetings,

Since our founding in 2017, KnoWEwell has been designed to take responsibility, make a materially positive impact, and fulfill our service to humanity and our planet through our unique Five Pillars of Giving. Our Regenerative Whole Health platform is global, here's what we are doing now to respond to the war in Ukraine.

• KnoWEwell is partnering with nonprofit organizations actively organizing direct care support for people in Ukraine: Fleeing citizens, students from other countries, and refugees who once again need to find safe havens.
  
• We are making it easier for organizations and individuals to plan, coordinate, and communicate about relief efforts locally and globally.
  

o We have added features to “create trips” by plane, train, car, walking, etc., and “notify others." 

o   We have added “Check-in” with the ability “notify others" to let them know where you are, with map integration, and messaging.

o   We have opened access and made available "private messaging" for person-to-person communications, as well as to create groups for conversations. 

o   We also opened up access to our global "Forum" to facility Q&A discussions and with the ability to "notify others."

o   We recently added the ability for individual members to send “call outs” to connect with practitioners to help them address their unique health crises. This feature also may be used to seek help for relief efforts.  

• We have customized KnoWEwell’s community advanced search filters to help facilitate matching between people willing to volunteer help in various ways with organizations looking for help.

New KnoWEwell Collaborative Partner

KnoWEwell is honored to announce a new collaborative partnership with The Whole Journey, Inc. (TWJ), a digital health company that combines algorithmic-based assessments with science-backed food, lifestyle, and supplement protocols to address gut, immune, adrenal, thyroid, and hormonal health issues. This collaborative partnership provides KnoWEwell individual and practitioner members access to TWJ's mission-aligned, multimedia content and education. TWJ will offer discounts to KnoWEwell members for its education programs and will make them more affordable to members in developing countries. As a new member of the KnoWEwell Collaborative, TWJ is committed to supporting the Regenerative Whole Health Fund, a nonprofit fund established to help individual members in need with grants to cover their out-of-pocket costs of services from providers in KnoWEwell's network.

An increasing body of research shows that controlled-breathing techniques offer many health benefits, including improved lung function, lower blood pressure, stress relief, improved sleep quality, reduced pain, and improved cognitive functions.
